Born From 35 Years of Construction Mastery
Our founder spent over three decades deep inside the construction industry — supervising structural projects, advising clients on property investments worth crores, and trading in ESB steel factory setups and construction raw materials across North India.
That journey revealed a persistent gap: clients who trusted us with their biggest financial decisions — land, structure, investment — had no equally trustworthy partner for the finishing layer. For floors, walls, and the surfaces that define how a space truly feels. Luma Living exists to close that gap.
The Founder's Journey
From Structure to Surface
It begins not with a showroom, but with a construction site. Our founder's career started in the early 1990s in civil engineering — overseeing structural work, managing contractors, understanding how buildings are actually made, not just how they look in drawings.
Over the following decades, that hands-on expertise translated into property investment consulting. Clients trusted him to evaluate land parcels, assess project viability, and guide high-stakes real estate decisions across residential and commercial sectors. Alongside this, he built a parallel business in ESB — steel factory setups and the supply of construction raw materials — developing an intimate understanding of how industrial-grade material trade works at scale.
Across hundreds of consultations and construction engagements, one pattern kept repeating: clients who made sound structural and investment decisions consistently struggled with the finishing layer. The floors. The wall surfaces. The outdoor spaces. These decisions were being made with far less information, far less expertise, and far less trust than they deserved.
